    Man stabbed several times at apartment in Manassas during argument, Prince William County police say

    PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Police said they were investigating after a man was stabbed a number of times at an apartment complex on Thursday night.

    The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said officers received a call about the incident at Rosemary Ridge Apartments shorlty before 9:20 p.m. The complex is located in the 10900 block of Morning Glory Ct.

    When officers arrived, they found that two men were involved in a verbal fight. Police said the fight escalated and that 49-year-old Darius Lamont Chisley of Warrenton grabbed a knife and stabbed the other man several times. Chisley left the apartment.

    Police said the who was hurt went to the hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening.

    While canvassing the area, officers found Chisley. They arrested him. Police said the charge against Chisley was aggravated malicious wounding.
