The scene at Corlears Hook Park after the incident.

The man accused of ramming his pickup truck into a crowd at a Lower East Side park while driving drunk on Thursday evening — killing three people and injuring eight others — was ordered held without bail on Saturday morning, according to prosecutors.

Daniel Hyden, 44, was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on counts that included vehicular homicide, manslaughter, assault, and driving while intoxicated. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A criminal complaint also stated that Hyden's license had been suspended after he had failed to answer summonses four times.

Hyden's attorney, Timothy Pruitt with the Legal Aid Society, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Saturday.

Lucille Pinkney, 59, and Hernan Pinkney, 38 — a mother and son who lived near Corlears Hook Park in NYCHA’s Vladeck Houses — and 43-year-old Ana Morel died as a result of the incident.

Hyden told police at Bellevue Hospital on Thursday night that he had had a few alcoholic drinks, according to the complaint. Police said he refused a breathalyzer test.

Hyden also once worked for a substance abuse center in East Harlem, according to police officials and an employee at the site.

Hyden’s next court date is set for Wednesday at 9 a.m.
