Robb Report got an exclusive first glimpse inside the Upper East Side ’s latest luxury development, a boutique tower at 200 East 75th Street designed by the award-winning Beyer Blinder Belle Architects , with interiors by the AD100-recognized firm Yellow House Architects .

Construction on the 18-story high-rise has already started, with completion slated for next summer. Once it’s finished, the buzzy new development will comprise 36 total residences, ranging from two- to six-bedroom homes. Pricing for the units starts at $3.3 million and goes up to $22.95 million for a full-floor penthouse.

The sales gallery kitchen features marble counters and backsplash.

From the outside, the striking building sports a handset limestone base and a patterned brick façade that mimics that area’s historic streetscapes. Adding to its character, the exterior is decorated with fluted terracotta accents and ornamental metal detailing. 200 East 75th Street is Yellow House Architects’s first fully commissioned residential building, and the interiors take their cues from European architectural styles, with hand-crafted plaster walls, arched ceilings, expansive windows, and a Fibonacci-sequence-inspired marble floor in the lobby.

“Yellow House Architect’s design philosophy is classicism interwoven with a contemporary sensibility, resulting in fresh and modern interpretations that speak the timeless language of architecture,” the firm’s founder and principal, Elizabeth Graziolo, told Robb Report . She added that the team specifically integrated design elements that pay homage to the cultures of New York City with bespoke furnishings and accessories.

The tower’s 36 residences will sport herringbone-pattern bleached oak floors.

The residences themselves are filled with natural light, complemented by neutral materials like bleached oak herringbone floors and light-colored stone accents, including marble. Each home also has an open plan with free-flowing living and dining areas, encased windows, ornate trim work, and smart features. The handcrafted kitchens are equipped with an Italian Statuario Extra honed-stone counter, backsplash, and island, in addition to a suite of appliances from Wolf and Sub-Zero. Elsewhere bathrooms are decked out with soaking tubs, steam showers, and custom millwork. Some residences have the bonus of direct elevator access, arched windows, Juliet balconies, and private outdoor space.

Layouts range from two-bedroom units to six-bedroom penthouses.

Of course, residents will have access to a robust amenity package inspired by Manhattan’s most exclusive members-only clubs . Think a billiards room, a landscaped rooftop terrace, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a workout studio and spa. There’s also a sports simulator, movie theater, and 24-hour concierge service.
