LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — The Arkansas Ethics Commission has sanctioned three candidates statewide, including two in Eastern Arkansas. Second Judicial District Circuit Judge candidate Curtis Walker Jr. of Blytheville signed a statement of an ethics complaint filed against him yesterday and agreed to pay a $100 fine.
