At least three shots fired around church and park
Investigators have recovered evidence indicating multiple shots were fired near St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church, 233 Harvard St., in The Port neighborhood of Cambridge. ShotSpotter technology heard three rounds fired at around 8:30 p.m., while a caller said they heard four or five shots fired at Sennott Park, according to scanner reports. The park is behind the church; in addition to shells found by police, an officer soon found a park garbage can that looked like it had been hit by gunfire.
