Artspace111 in Fort Worth has announced 51 artists from across Texas selected for its annual juried exhibition. See a list of the selected artists below. Each year, a guest juror selects artworks from the submissions and names prize winners, who receive cash awards. This year’s juror is Margaret (Maggie) Adler, former Curator of Paintings, Sculpture and Works on Paper at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, who is currently working as an independent curator. During her 11 years at the Carter, Ms. Adler worked closely with contemporary artists to bring site-specific installations to the museum and to spark new conversations around historical pieces.
