DALLAS (KDAF) — The beloved Texas grocer, H-E-B , is on a mission with its ongoing expansion. Get ready to shop till you drop at two brand-new locations!

First up, mark your calendars for June 26, because H-E-B is opening its doors at 1670 Broad Street in Mansfield. This marks the second Tarrant County gem, following the much-anticipated Alliance area store that opened in April. And, if you’re itching for more H-E-B, they’re breaking ground in Rockwall on June 27 at the southwest corner of I-30 and S. John King Boulevard. This store is set to open in 2025, making it a perfect excuse to start a countdown!

Navigating the new Mansfield location? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with the latest traffic pattern updates, straight from the city officials:

    • Southbound US 287 : Exit at E. Broad Street, continue south on the frontage road, make a U-turn, and voila! You’ll see the entrance on your right.
    • Northbound US 287 : Exit for E. Broad St., ignore the first entrance (you’ll thank us later), and use the second entrance a bit further ahead.
    • Westbound Broad Street : Drive past the store, turn onto the US 287 southbound frontage road, U-turn, and spot the entrance on your right.
    • Eastbound Broad Street : Turn right onto the US 287 frontage road, U-turn at the end, and look to your right for the entrance.

Plus, H-E-B has plans for a third Tarrant County store at the northwest corner of Cheek-Sparger Road and Rio Grande Boulevard in Glade Parks South. Expect this spot to open its doors in late 2026.

Collin County residents, you’re in luck too. Construction kicks off this year in Murphy at the southwest corner of Farm Road 544 and McCreary Road. With a CVS Pharmacy nearby, it’s the perfect spot for all your grocery needs.

Let’s not forget H-E-B’s impressive presence already in North Texas, with stores in Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, and more. They’ve even brought the popular Joe V’s Smart Shop to Dallas, breaking ground in March at Buckner Boulevard and Samuell Boulevard. The Wheatland Road and Highway 67 location, set to open this summer, will be the first Joe V’s outside Houston.

So, get your shopping lists ready and prepare for the ultimate grocery haul. H-E-B is here to make North Texas shopping smarter and oh-so-convenient!
