Downtown Basalt development will be sold, not rented
Sixty-five dwelling units planned for downtown Basalt will be sold as condominiums instead of rented. Basalt Town Council approved a request from the old Clark’s Market building developers Andrew Light and Tim Belinski to convert the residential units in the mixed-use building from rentals to ownership. Mayor Pro Tem Ryan Slack cast the only dissenting vote.
