Hoffmann acquires Aspen ground transportation provider
Naples-based private equity firm Hoffmann Family of Companies acquired CTS Aspen, a luxury ground transportation vendor based in Aspen, Colorado. CTS operates 365 days a year with a fleet of 18 passenger vehicles, including SUVs, minibuses and mini coaches, handling weddings and corporate and special events. Company officials said it holds a dominant local market share, with more than 90% of inquiries coming through referrals via phone and email. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
