The Clever Cookie & Creamery celebrated its grand opening on July 20, with a ribbon cutting, giveaways, door prizes and special cheesecake releases throughout the day. Jennifer and Marvin Jackson began their business in 2019 as the Flour Box Bakery, a home bakery selling through craft shows.
