9th Annual Harvest on the Hooch

The Chattahoochee Nature Center, 9135 Willeo Road in Roswell, will have the 9th Annual Harvest on the Hooch, an outdoor food and craft beer taste fest.

The event celebrates both its return after five years and the vital connection between garden and the plate. It raises funds for CNC’s Unity Garden and programming by highlighting the garden and its connection with the community. To date, the Unity Garden has supplied over 50 tons of fresh produce to the North Fulton Community Charities food pantry.

Participants can enjoy a food tasting from top local chefs, live bluegrass music, samples from local craft breweries, tour the Unity Garden and meet/learn about live animals.

The event will be 1 to 5 p.m. on Sept. 22 with a VIP event from noon to 1 p.m. VIP costs are $1,000 for a Harvest VIP table and $100 for a VIP chef demonstration. Individual tickets are $80 advance purchase/$90 day of event, $20 for children over 10 and free for children 10 and under. CNC members receive a $5 discount.
