Police track suspected Michigan fentanyl dealer, make arrest
FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A Detroit area resident will face multiple drug charges after police said he was caught bringing bulk quantities to Marion County. On Thursday, members of the Three Rivers Drug Task Force raided a home on Morgantown Avenue that Tristan Thomas, 47, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, was staying at and found a large amount of cash, packaging materials, scales, and a shotgun. In another search of a residence where Thomas was known to store drugs, police recovered a bulk quantity of a brown powder that field tested positive for fentanyl.
