Someone posing as the Deputy Chief is calling around and asking people for their bank and personal information in relation to a federal investigation. THIS IS NOT REAL. Former St. Vincent de Paul College Prep Teacher Finally Gets His Last Payday
A former St. Vincent de Paul College Prep teacher who sued for his last month’s wages has been paid. Kenneth Blake tells the Petaluma Argus-Courier that he received his final payment last Monday from the Diocese of Santa Rosa. The former government and psychology teacher said it shouldn’t have come to a lawsuit, but was also, quote, “glad in the end they did the right thing.” The Diocese of Santa Rosa relinquished control of the school to an independent board. However, they refused to issue payment to Blake and other outgoing faculty members for their last month of work at the school, causing Blake to sue. At least three other teachers have since been paid their final wages.
