Standoff ends: 1 dead, 1 in custody in North Blue Ridge neighborhood
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - An all-night police standoff has come to an end with a man in custody after a deadly shooting in a North Blue Ridge neighborhood. Just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, Kansas City police responded to calls of a shooting at a home near 5th and Booth Avenue, about one mile west of Van Horn High School.
