Martinsdale’s Walker Story, Lewistown’s Sage Henderson pace Montanans at NHSRA Finals on opening night
ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — Martinsdale's Walker Story and Lewistown's Sage Henderson led the way for Montanans on the opening night of the National High School Rodeo Finals on Sunday night, both finishing ninth in their event. Story was ninth in boys cutting with a score of 138, nine points behind Luke Haskell of Payson, Utah, in the top spot. Henderson had a time of 8.52 seconds in goat tying; Drew Ellen Stewart of Normangee, Texas, won in 6.87. A small handful of other Montanans began their weeklong run Sunday night.
