Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Alberto's Restaurant & Raw Bar. The experience was nothing short of delightful. The food was delicious, especially the finger food and the full set of 13 dishes. Each dish was small but packed with flavor, a little on the salty side, which paired perfectly with a glass of wine. The chef's thoughtful design in the flavor combinations was evident, and the dipping sauce was a perfect match for the food.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a date or a casual chat. I found myself staying until the restaurant closed, completely immersed in the experience. However, if you're someone who prefers larger portions, this might not be the place for you. But if you're like me, who enjoys a good drink with your meal, you'll appreciate the portion sizes.
The restaurant had a strong Australian vibe, which was a refreshing change from the usual Chinese bistros. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was incredibly flavorful. The birria tacos were a standout, and I can't wait to go back with friends. The chips were hot, thin, and crispy, and the enchiladas were very good. The colorful atmosphere and the personal touch from the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Alberto's Restaurant & Raw Bar is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend.
