This is My Honest Review of Oasis Uzbek Kebab House

Stepping into Oasis Uzbek Kebab House, I was instantly transported to the heart of Uzbekistan. The authenticity of the place is palpable, from the evocative patio design to the mouthwatering dishes. I was particularly taken by their Samarkand Plov, a hearty dish of rice and melt-in-your-mouth beef, generously seasoned with onion, garlic, julienned carrots, and sultanas. It was as if I was back in Samarkand, savoring the local cuisine.

The Tandoor Samsa, a savory baked puff pastry filled with a generous amount of roughly chopped beef and onions, was crunchy and delicious. The Kutebi, a herb and cheese filled flat bread, was equally delightful. I also tried their Shurpa, a traditional soup with beef, carrots, and potato, which was simply amazing.

But the star of the show was undoubtedly their kebabs. The lamb and chicken shishkababs were juicy and delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned. And let's not forget about the desserts. The pistachio version of baklava is, without a doubt, the best in America. Their fruit platter was a refreshing end to a hearty meal. The staff was welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their dishes.
