An eastern Missouri man drowns while trying to save his wife from drowning on the Meramec River. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Bryan Wilson, 48, of High Ridge, and his wife, Angela, were floating on the Meramec near Eureka on Saturday afternoon when they decided to exit their floatation device and climb onto a rock.
