Hops in the Hills is June 22

The summer classic Hops in the Hills Craft Beer Festival is returning to Maryville Saturday, June 22. This year’s iteration of the annual festival will feature over 30 regional breweries and offer food, music and entertainment at $75 for advance tickets.

Designated driver tickets are $40, and can be purchased at hopsinthehills.com.

This year marks nine years of Hops in the Hills, which is part of the Summer on Broadway festivities. The series will feature a variety of outdoor events such as the diving Dockside Dogs, a selection of food trucks and vendors, the Maryville Farmers Market, live entertainment, a classic car show and a dedicated kids’ area. This year’s Hops in the Hills will be at the Maryville Greenway Amphitheater, located at 325 Court Street, from 5-9 p.m. The event allows craft beer enthusiasts to sample brews from over 30 regional breweries, with extra space for games, lounging and live music.

Tickets at the door will be $80 per person. They include unlimited beer tastings, food, an official event shirt and live music.

Leading up to the main event, the ninth Annual Celebration of Fermentation, known as Craft Brew Week, will take place from June 18-20. Celebrants can visit participating breweries such as The Casual Pint, Brackins Blues Club, Two Doors Down, Tri-Hop Brewery, Peaceful Side Brewery and Swara Brewing Co. for activities and prizes.
