    St. Lawrence County pair facing drug charges after Sunday morning traffic stop

    WADDINGTON, N.Y. (WWTI) – A St. Lawrence County pair is facing drug possession charges after a Sunday morning traffic state by New York State Police.

    According to authorities, troopers pulled over 19-year-old Shelby Lamay of Madrid and 45-year-old Reid St. Ann of Massena. The duo were allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia after they were stopped around 11:30 a.m. Sunday on State Route 37.

    Oneida County Sheriffs looking for deputies

    St. Ann was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a narcotic in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was arraigned in the Louisville Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail.

    Lamay was ticketed for  criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. She was ticketed and released.

    The driver, 42-year-old Christopher McGregor of Massena, received tickets for traffic violations and was also released.
