According to police, on Saturday, at 4:23 p.m., the Rutland Police Department and the Rutland Fire Department were dispatched to Turkey Hill Pond for a report of a jet ski that had turned over in the water, and the operator had disappeared under the water. A 67-year-old Dartmouth woman killed after being struck by a box truck on Joseph Drive in Fall River is being remembered as services have been announced. According to Gregg Miliote of the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, at around noon on Wednesday, two victims, the driver of the box truck, and three others were at 214 Joseph Drive to pick up a dresser. The six individuals were all employees or volunteers for the non-profit organization known as My Brother’s Keeper, which organizes drop offs and pick-ups of donated furniture.

FALMOUTH – A traffic crash left a vehicle on its roof in Falmouth. The collision happened on West Falmouth Highway (Route 28) near Palmer Avenue about 8:10 AM Sunday.
