SUMMARY: On July 26, in Tupelo, Mississippi, police arrested 34-year-old Michael Shumaker after he created a disturbance outside the Toast Cocktail and Piano Bar while allegedly intoxicated. Shumaker was denied entry to the establishment and subsequently pointed a handgun at people in the parking lot. Officers quickly apprehended him and seized the firearm.
