However, it was discussed at the meeting last week that New York cannot go any lower than the 51% tax rate they already have. A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. WNY P-TECH Students Give Thumbs Up to Robotic Arm Pilot Project
Students who helped pilot an automation program at the WNY P-TECH Academy in Dunkirk gave the first-of-its-kind partnership a big thumbs up. Beginning this year, the juniors learned to program and operate several robotic cells in their Automation Club held every Friday.
