99-Year-Old Home Sells for Over $1 Million in Buffalo
A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. The house had been owned by Cleveland Avenue Development Inc., according to documents filed July 18 in the Erie County Clerk's office.

WNY P-TECH Students Give Thumbs Up to Robotic Arm Pilot Project
Students who helped pilot an automation program at the WNY P-TECH Academy in Dunkirk gave the first-of-its-kind partnership a big thumbs up. Beginning this year, the juniors learned to program and operate several robotic cells in their Automation Club held every Friday.
