On Thursday, June 24, in an extraordinary act of generosity and community support, Charles Howe has donated $250,000 to Mobridge Regional Health Care Foundation, in honor of his wife, Dale Howe. The funds will help pay for the construction and renovation of the region’s vital critical access hospital in Mobridge.
