Rep. Jasmine Crockett Predicts Trump Will Be A ‘Whining Child’ At The Debate While Harris Will Be ‘Adult in the Room’

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) claimed that Donald Trump will act like a “whining child” during his upcoming debate with Vice President Kamala Harris .

The Texas lawmaker joined MSNBC host Alex Witt for an interview on Saturday, where the pair discussed Harris’ strategy in the debate. NBC News previously reported that Harris plans to remain calm and get under Trump’s skin, while also pointing to failures made by Trump during his first term.

Crockett claimed that Harris will appear as the “adult in the room” while Trump will become enraged by her attacks and turn into a “bumbling fool.”

WITT: So what’s behind the Harris strategy on this?

CROCKETT: I think that she wants to appear as if she is the adult in the room. And she is, what we will see is this whining child who will sit there and won’t give direct answers and honestly will distract and be a bumbling fool. We’ve seen it on the trail when he starts talking about, you know, wind, and he starts complaining about sharks. I mean, the guy is really weird and is off his rocker. And so I think that she really wants to, number one, assure the American people that she has a grasp on the issues as well as remind them of why we kicked him out in the first place, and remind them as to why we don’t want to go back.
