City: RAGBRAI Arrives Next Week
According to the City of Ottumwa, the riders of RAGBRAI LI will arrive next Thursday for an overnight stay. On July 25, the riders will arrive into town from Rock Bluff Road, onto Blackhawk Road, turning onto North Quincy Avenue, and ride the trail behind the Ottumwa 8 Theater to arrive at the Greater Ottumwa Park.
