Davenport woman sentenced for assault with scissors
A 57-year-old Davenport woman was sentenced to prison Thursday after she pleaded guilty in connection with theft of a cell phone and a threat with scissors. Debra Miller pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree theft and a charge of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
