OTIS ORCHARDS, Wash. - A 18-year-old man is dead after reportedly drowning in the Spokane River near Otis Orchards. According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, on July 19, at about 1:40 p.m., multiple citizens at the scene called 911 to report a body floating down the Spokane River near North Starr Road and East River Road.
