MADISON, Wis. – Two divisions of singles players and doubles teams were crowned champions at the 2024 State Boys Tennis Tournament played at Nielsen Tennis Stadium Saturday. Junior CJ Kryscio of Menomonee Falls, the second seed, won the Division 1 singles championship with a 6-3, 6-7(5), 10-7 victory over eighth-seeded Nolan Shaub, a junior from Union Grove, in title match. Kryscio improved his record this season to 30-2 after advancing to the third round at State last season.

Agu, a former four-year volleyball player at the University of Dayton, served as a volunteer assistant coach in Madison from 2018-19.
