University of Missouri baseball has a rich tradition of player development with over 200 Tigers making it to professional baseball, including 49 reaching the majors. Currently, 24 former Mizzou student-athletes are active in professional baseball leagues, with four competing in the big leagues. Construction to start later this year on $14M trail connecting CityPark to Midtown
ST. LOUIS — Construction is expected to begin later this year on a stretch of the Brickline Greenway that connects with St. Louis City SC’s CityPark stadium. The project includes a new 0.85-mile trail along Market Street from Compton Avenue and 22nd Street, connecting CityPark and Harris-Stowe State University.
