92.9 Breaking News/Full Coverage: $25-Million Historic Memphis NIL Deal with FedEx

Friday morning (4/19) the University of Memphis and FedEx announced a blockbuster nationally historic "Name/Image/Likeness" (NIL) deal worth $25-Million over 5-years, essentially. There's other matching insentives and details, but this is the largest single corporate NIL deal to date. Memphis additional NIL donors must pony up an additional matching $2.5-million per year as part of FedEx's activation, making the University of Memphis Athletics NIL Fund worth at least $7.5-million per year over the next 5 years.
