    Firework shows in the Memphis area

    MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Fourth of July holiday is approaching! WREG has compiled a list of celebrations happening in the Memphis area from Wednesday to Saturday.

    Wednesday night, the Memphis Redbirds are holding their Independence Day celebration at Autozone Park at 6:05 p.m. The first 1,500 fans will get a patriotic Redbirds bucket hat. Of course, there will be fireworks after the game.

    At Liberty Park, it’s the Liberty for All Festival and Fireworks . This starts at 5 p.m. and fireworks are at 9 p.m.

    The Bartlett Fireworks Extravaganza is also Wednesday night at the Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center at 6 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9:10 p.m.

    If you are in Collierville, head on over to H.W. Cox Park at 6 p.m. for the annual celebration. Vendors open at 6 p.m., entertainment at 7 p.m., and fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

    From 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., you can celebrate at the Horn Lake Grand Fireworks Display . This is at Latimer Lakes Park. Gates open at 5 p.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m.

    Thursday, fireworks return Downtown. Join the Downtown Memphis Commission at Grind City for free fireworks and live music. Doors open at 3 p.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m.

    The Cooper Young Fourth of July Parade is Thursday at 10 a.m. This is at Peabody Elementary on Cooper Street.

    Thursday is also the Central Gardens Association’s Fourth of July Parade at 10:30 a.m. It starts in the rear parking lot of Immaculate Conception Cathedral, goes down York, and then circles the median.

    Later Thursday night you can head to the Municipal Park in Germantown for the fireworks extravaganza. This is from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. The final fireworks show begins at 9:10 p.m.

    If you are in Hernando, you can watch fireworks at the Civic Center Ball Fields . Gates open at five and fireworks begin at 9.

    From Thursday until Saturday, you can celebrate at Graceland. The All-American Party & Elvis Fireworks Extravaganza is at 7 p.m. on Friday with free admission.
