MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A multi-vehicle crash caused traffic Friday morning. Traffic is clear at this time. Memphis Police dispatch said officers made the scene of a car crash around 6:30 a.m. on Sam Cooper Boulevard and Perkins Road. It is unclear if anyone was injured.

Man shot while walking home from store, MPD says
MEMPHSI, Tenn. - A man was shot while walking home from a store Friday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD). Officers found the man lying on the living room floor inside of the home on Ralston Avenue, MPD said. The man told officers that he was on Elvis Presley Boulevard, walking home from a store on East Alcy Road just after midnight, when bullets began to fly.
