The purpose of the hearing is to address and confirm the plan to resurface/improve/upgrade Furlong Trail and Fischer Avenue north of Highway 55 at an estimated cost of approximately $340,000.00, with the Nininger Township properties benefiting from the improvement, being those properties abutting and/or having entry directly onto Furlong Trail, being assessed for one-half of the cost of the resurfacing/improvements/upgrades on a pro-rata basis.
