Rockford man arrested on charges of aggravated menacing and domestic violence. 25 year old Devin Walsh of Rockford was arrested Friday on misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing and domestic violence. According to the complaint filed by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, Walsh is accused of telling the victim not to go to sleep or he would slit their throat. Walsh was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held on $2,500 bond pending a court appearance. To read the compaint against Walsh:
