Jose Raul Caratini-Casiano was denied bail by MDJ Jody Eyer after being arraigned on charges of felony attempted homicide, felony aggravated assault with extreme indifference, felony riot with a weapon, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor assault. Judge Eyer listed his reason for denying bail as “no amount of money or conditions can keep public safe”.

25 July 2024- A Chambersburg area man is facing a flurry of charges following two separate case being filed against him. Christopher Lawre Bevan remains behind bars on a combined bail of $525,000 after being charged with four felony counts of aggravated assault of a victim less than six years old, and three felony counts of endangering the life of a child. In another case, Bevan is facing two misdemeanor counts of assault and a citation for harassment.

Greencastle couple allegedly use deceased father’s EBT card, wrack up thousands in illegal charges
25 July 2024- A multi-month investigation conducted by the Pennsylvania Office of the State Inspector General has seen multiple felonies being filed against a Greencastle couple for theft and benefit fraud. Danny Reymundo Centeno and Terria Ann Nicole Reedy have both been charged with two felony counts of access device fraud, with Reedy also being charged with misdemeanor theft of movable property and an additional charge of access device fraud. Both Reedy and Centeno have been issued summonses.
