‘Swipe to see what baby No. 2 is!’ Miami news anchor reveals gender in adorable way

As gender reveals go, this is pretty original.

You’ve probably seen balloons, cakes, even planes flying overhead releasing dyed water from the fuselage.

For WPLG Local 10 journalists Nicole Perez and Roy Ramos, they chose toy cars to tell viewers the sex of their second child — with a little help from their first.

In an Instagram video posted Thursday , two toy cars are placed in front of their son, Reese, who turns 3 in November.

“Swipe to see what baby No. 2 is!” says the caption.

The toddler looks quizzically at both cars.

“Who’s the pink one for?” the TV anchor asks.

“Baby sister,” he answers.

“Is that what’s in mama’s belly? What’s in mama’s belly?”

“A baby dino,” he responds to laughs.

Congratulations came rolling in the comments underneath, with WSVN counterpart Belkys Nerey joking: “You’re having a Baby Dino. So cute. Felicidades.”

Perez, who married Ramos in 2017, announced she was pregnant with Reese on Mother’s Day 2021.
