DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Dauphin County man was arrested after he allegedly attempted to flee from a traffic stop. According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania State Police, on June 27 at 11:06 p.m., a trooper noticed a bicyclist traveling northbound in a southbound lane. The bike didn't have a white lamp or a red lamp lit despite it being after sunset.
