CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The 1994 H.O.R.D.E. festival officially kicked off with a July 14 tour stop at Blossom Music Center show. However, hundreds of music fans -- in the right place at the right time the night before -- got to see something special when members of the high-profile tour featuring The Allman Brothers Band, Blues Traveler, Big Head Todd, Screamin’ Cheetah Wheelies and an up-and-coming Sheryl Crow convened for a jam session at Shooters on the Water dock on the West Bank of the Flats.

300 cyclists to make way from Cleveland to Cincinnati in support of American Cancer Society
This week, the American Cancer Society’s annual Pan Ohio Hope Ride will see more than 300 cyclists trek from Cleveland to Cincinnati. The trip runs July 25-28. The first day will take riders 88 miles, from Cleveland to Wooster. The next day will see cyclists taking the 95-mile trek from there to Columbus. Day three will see the riders finish their 84-mile trek here in Dayton. Finally, the ride will close out with an 82-mile ride to Cincinnati.

CLEVELAND – Great Lakes Brewing Co. (GLBC) announces its distribution expansion into Massachusetts and Rhode Island with Atlantic Beverage. The brewery began its market launch on July 19, in conjunction with the release of seasonal Oktoberfest in cans and draft. In addition to the fall favorite, the brewery’s entry into the market includes new 2024 brands Juicy Vibacious Double IPA and Strawberry Pineapple Wheat in cans, and Midwest IPA in cans and draft.
