RICHLAND COUNTY, Wis. -- A former Pine Valley administrator was arrested Thursday after creating fictitious threats sent to her and her family.

The Richland County Sheriff's Office said it launched an investigation in April regarding stalking threats made against Shaponda Ann Jimerson, 38, of Middleton, former administrator of Pine Valley Community Village. As the investigation unfolded, law enforcement found that Jimerson herself was behind the threats.

The Sheriff's Office said Jimerson sought a harassment injunction against a resident of Richland County, who she claimed was targeting and harassing her family. To support her case, Jimerson presented a letter, which was later found to be fabricated.

The Sheriff's Office found Jimerson created the fictitious Facebook accounts and was sending threatening messages to herself. After law enforcement executed a search warrant of her house, Jimerson turned herself into the Richland County Jail on June 26.

The Richland County District Attorney's Office said Jimerson has been charged with perjury and resisting/obstructing an officer.
