Carolina Gets OT Win Over Maryland
The Carolina Chaos took on the Maryland Whipsnakes in the second Friday matchup of the PLL’s Week 6 slate in Fairfield, Connecticut. Carolina was coming off what was effectively a two-week bye, as they did not play in Week 5 before the All-Star break. With a 2-3 record, the Chaos were just one game behind the Utah Archers for the West Conference lead. Cal NIL collective posts football billboards in ACC country
For those of you unfamiliar with the California Legends Collective, they have been hard at work raising NIL (name, image and likeness) funds to ensure our student-athletes get the resources they need to feel like they are properly taken care of in Berkeley. AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Defender Jon Gallagher scored late in the second half and Austin FC rallied for a 2-2 draw with Charlotte FC on Saturday night. Gallagher used assists from Alex Ring and Diego Rubio in the 80th minute to score his second goal of the season for Austin (8-10-7). Ring's assist was his sixth this season and Rubio's was his first.
