Danny Dietrich wins second straight Pa. Speedweek race
Danny Dietrich of Gettysburg took down his second straight Pa. Speedweek race Sunday night, winning the 410 sprint car feature at BAPS Motor Speedway. Dietrich bested 35 other drivers to take to take home Sunday night’s top prize of $10,000. He has now bankrolled $20,800 in two night’s of Pa. Speedweek action.

PennDOT license and photo centers to close for Independence Day
Harrisburg, Pa. — PennDOT is reminding all Pennsylvanians that driver's license and photo centers, including the full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed on Thursday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Many of PennDOT's products and services including forms, publications, and training manuals are available on the DMV website: www.dmv.pa.gov. Online services are available at all times and include license, ID, and vehicle registration renewals; driver-history services; changes of address; driver's license and vehicle registration restoration letters; fee payments; ordering license and photo ID duplicates; REAL ID pre-verification; and driving exam scheduling. There are no additional fees for using online services. A full listing of planned PennDOT license center closures is available online.
