Woman charged for death of 1-year-old infant
Sunbury, Pa. — A Sunbury woman was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter after a 1-year-old infant in her home died. Amanda Lynn Walton, 42, called 911 around 6:30 a.m. July 12 after she discovered the infant was not breathing. World War II monument in Mifflinburg undergoes more projects, thanks to excess in community donations
MIFFLINBURG, Pa. — The Union County World War II Honor Roll at the Mifflinburg Community Park recently underwent a restoration project. The monument lists the names of the 2,260 people from Union County who served in the war. When Newswatch 16 showed the monument last December, it was in need of repairs.
