Milford, IA (KICD) — The Iowa Great Lakes Sanitary Sewer system is still at capacity. CEO Steve Anderson says they’ve finally pinpointed a problem on the West and Northwest side of West Lake. Anderson is asking homeowners to prevent their flooded houses from emptying into the sanitary sewer.
Spencer Man Facing Felony Domestic Assault Charge
–A Spencer man is facing a felony charge after being taken into custody early Wednesday morning at ABATE Park. According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to a request for assistance at ABATE Park around 3:30 AM Wednesday. After conducting a brief investigation, Deputies arrested 26-year-old Austin David Chinn of Spencer on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault—Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury, a Class D Felony.
