UMaine Grad Student Marcos Rodríguez Dies Suddenly at Harvard Forest Research Program
J. Marcos Rodríguez, a graduate student at the University of Maine, died suddenly at Harvard Forest on Tuesday. At the time of his death, Rodríguez was working at Harvard Forest as a mentor to undergraduate students in the Summer Research Program in Ecology. He studied Ecology and Environmental Sciences at the University of Maine.
Hermon High School grad named Miss Maine's Teen 2024
HERMON -- Miss Maine's Teen 2024 has been officially named, and she's a recent graduate of Hermon High School who hopes to empower and inspire other young women. 17-year-old Eva Benjamin is a youth mental health advocate. Her advocacy work and community service helped win her the title of Miss Maine's Teen 2024, and she plans to keep helping others as much as she can.
