But according to fresh information discovered by Ohio’s Guernsey County authorities Bradley’s tragic death was caused by a purposefully started fire. The fact that Bradley’s case was reopened in 2021 was a direct result of Butch Hoopingarner’s recent suspicion after another sad incident in Limon, Colorado. Butch Hoopingarner was implicated in the death of his roommate 64-year-old Everett Kerr after a welfare check uncovered Kerr’s lifeless body there. An altercation between the two men reportedly escalated resulting in Kerr’s tragic demise. Authorities tracked Butch Hoopingarner to Buffalo, Ohio where they discovered the vehicle of his deceased roommate Everett Kerr concealed on a property. The discovery led to a tense standoff that ended with Butch Hoopingarner surrendering to law enforcement.
