24-Story Tower Uses Exceptional Design To Achieve Height In Nashville.
Located in the highly sought after Rutledge Hill Development District, conceptual plans have been submitted for a 24-story mixed-use tower. The plans propose an approximately 288 feet hotel/residential tower above street level retail, activated public space, and underground parking.
