Council to consider hosting Pony Express collection, water rate structure at work session
CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper City Council is set to hold its regular work session on Tuesday, Aug. 13. The council will see the results of a feasibility study on acquiring a major Pony Express collection at an expanded Fort Caspar.
