Gold Alert Issued For Missing Harbeson Woman
Location: Bayhealth Kent Campus, 640 South State Street, Dover, DE. Officer Releasing Information: Master Corporal Ryan Schmid, Public Information Officer. The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Karen Brown, 63, of Harbeson, DE. Brown was last seen leaving Bayhealth Kent Campus on July 11th, 2024 and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being. Brown is described as a black female, 5’6″, 150 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time she was last seen.

Report: Cape May Considering Mandating Trash Cans for Businesses
Cape May city leaders are considering a new ordinance that would mandate trash cans for businesses that sell certain food products. The Press of Atlantic City reports Council introduced the new law after receiving multiple complaints about overflowing city cans that draw pests and animals. Mayor Zack Mullock says city workers cannot keep up with the overflow, so mandating some businesses to provide and empty their own cans will help solve the problem.
